We want you to be happy! Please email with "Returns" in the subject. We'll get back to you with an RMA number and instructions.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund (less shipping/handling fees). Customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are typically processed within 1 week of receipt at our warehouse. Please feel free to contact us by email or phone for updates.

We cannot issue refunds for items that were used, washed, or stained or were the result of an incorrect address provided by the customer.


We're happy to exchange clean, unworn, unwashed items for replacements. We cover shipping the new item to you for exchanges. Here's the process:

1st - Please email to notify us of the exchange. Please include the order number and item you're exchanging.

2nd - Place an order on

3rd - Send your exchange back to us - we'll credit your account for the cost of the original item (less shipping and handling) as soon as we receive it. Items must be postmarked within 14 days. If we don't receive the exchange the charge for the new purchase will stand.

Please note that orders that are "Returned to Sender" by the postal carrier are subject to a $10 surcharge
